MBC's "Dr. Oh Eun-young's Report: Love, Again and After" will reveal the heartbreaking second story of the "Bag couple" family who lost their wife with a terminal illness.
In the episode airing on the 20th, the husband's first visit to the ossuary with his two children, just over a month after his wife's passing, is depicted. The eldest child, who only thought they were going to the hospital when told they were going to see mom, shed tears upon seeing his mother's photo at the ossuary, crying "Mom, why did you go to heaven? What am I supposed to do without mom?" The child's sobs moved even the studio audience to tears as the husband's eyes also reddened with heartbreak.
The episode also captures the husband, who had to hold a simple funeral due to financial hardship, belatedly preparing a proper funeral for his wife's 31st birthday. Dressed in mourning clothes and standing as chief mourner, the husband received condolences from visitors and unburdened himself of the guilt he had carried for not being able to give his wife a proper funeral.
After the funeral, the husband said farewell before his wife's portrait, saying "I will raise our children well and wait for you there. I was grateful and we were happy."
