ENA's new entertainment show "Jimssalabium," which airs on August 1st, is a minimalist close-up travel variety show featuring four travelers with different tastes and lifestyles departing with just one carry-on luggage. ENA, known for presenting differentiated travel content, and production company TEO join forces to capture the process of four people bound together as a carry-on fate community traveling through 4 different terrains over 2 weeks.
The released teaser video captures the diverse charms of the four. Wonji, a 16-year professional traveler, demonstrates veteran expertise while exuding endless energy among his younger companions, drawing laughs with his soul-lost expressions.
Gabi acts as a tension-pulling vehicle, leading the on-site atmosphere with her indiscriminate energy and boldness. Lee Shian showcases her reverse charm with her sexy appeal along with quirky comedic timing with wide-open eyes, nose, and mouth. Youngest member Harimu boosts the team's energy with her tireless vitality, constantly dancing and moving.
The four's distinct personalities are revealed from the luggage-packing stage. Wonji panics as the carry-on won't close, Gabi begs to fit her items in, Lee Shian packs unique belongings, and Harimu suffers from a "just in case" syndrome—the troubles of four maximalists begin.
With a rule that they cannot depart if the carry-on exceeds 20kg, an intense battle of wits ensues, and Gabi even faces chaos having to wear long sleeves in a hot country. Attention is drawn to the unpredictable synergy created by the four as they grow closer, gradually adopting each other's speech patterns and mannerisms.
