In the 5th episode of JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama 'Apartment' (screenplay by Kim Yun-young, directed by Cho Yong-won, produced by SLL and Red Nine Pictures) which aired on the 25th, Yang Yu-jin as Ha Young-joo brought vitality with her acting that weaved between realistic sensibility and warm friendship as the longtime friend of Kang Ha-ri played by Ha Yoon-kyung.
Yang Yu-jin vividly expressed realistic friendship toward her friend. Ha Young-joo couldn't hide her bewilderment at the fact that Ha-ri abandoned her dream of becoming a lawyer and took on the role of a fake wife for money, revealing her hurt feelings. She captured the complex emotions mixed with absurdity and worry with unfiltered speech.
Furthermore, she continued to offer advice while pointing out the suspicious intentions of the man trying to form a fake family to become the apartment building chairman. Ha Young-joo looked at her friend's situation coldly with cool and persuasive words.
While firmly awakening her friend to reality as she was hurt by a sudden dismissal, she conveyed her concern for her friend within it. Yang Yu-jin delicately delivered the deep charm hidden behind cold language.
