KBS 2TV's "Kang's Kitchen" continues to generate significant buzz in 2026.

"Kang's Kitchen" on KBS 2TV, which first aired in October 2019, is an observational cooking entertainment show where celebrities take on the role of sous chef, share their daily lives, and introduce menu items. The show continues to receive consistent love from viewers by combining the fun of cooking shows with the genuine everyday moments of its cast members.

Viewer affection is reflected in the topic index. While KBS 2TV recorded the top share of non-drama TV buzz for the first quarter of 2026, the broadcast ranked 16th overall among 100 shows. This achievement was made amid two programming changes following April 2026.

Video view counts also prove its high popularity. From January 2026 to July 27, the total views of clips released on the official KBS YouTube channel exceeded 164 million views.

Positive influence continues as well. Since its broadcast debut in 2019, the show has donated a portion of prize sales revenue to underprivileged children and others, with the total donation amount surpassing 800 million won as of July 2026.

The cast lineup is also impressive. Various celebrities from different fields are appearing, including Kim Jae-joong, Lee Jung-hyun, Yano Shiho, Jang Min-ho, Son Tae-jin, Oh Sang-jin, Kim Yong-bin, and Ji Seung-hyun. In the recently introduced "Lee Chan-wol's Teahouse" segment, actors such as Namgoong Min and Ha Seok-jin have also made appearances.

Additionally, Lee Chan-won announced his comeback. Parts of Lee Chan-won's episode will be aired on the July 30 broadcast, garnering attention once again.

Expectations are high for what KBS 2TV's "Kang's Kitchen," which has moved its broadcast time to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday evenings, will show next.
